RB Leipzig host PSV Eindhoven in Champions League matchday two clash
RB Leipzig will host PSV Eindhoven at the Red Bull Arena on 13 October in Matchday 2 of the UEFA Champions League League Stage, with kick-off set for 19:00 UTC.
Form guide
Leipzig head into the fixture on the back of a mixed run of results, having won two and lost three of their last five matches, including a defeat in their most recent outing.
PSV, by contrast, arrive having won three of their last five, with just a single defeat in that span, giving them slightly the better recent record of the two sides heading into this European meeting.
What's at stake
With both clubs looking to build momentum early in the League Stage phase, this second-round meeting offers an opportunity for either side to strengthen their position in the table.
Leipzig will be eager to arrest their recent dip in form on home soil, while PSV will look to carry their superior recent record into a tougher continental test.
