PSV Eindhoven face Champions League test with nine players unavailable
PSV Eindhoven will be without nine players for their UEFA Champions League fixture on 20 October, a sizeable absentee list as the competition reaches its ninth round of matches across Europe's domestic campaigns.
The absentees
Sam Lammers is listed as lacking match fitness, while Adamo Nagalo is sidelined with injury. Sami Ouaissa is out with a muscle injury and Ricardo Pepi is also unavailable through injury.
Alassane Plea is absent following surgery, as is Kiliann Sildillia. Jerdy Schouten is missing with a knee injury, and Paul Wanner is out with a foot injury.
What it means
With nine names unavailable, PSV Eindhoven will need to draw on the rest of their squad to fill the gaps across multiple areas of the pitch for this Champions League assignment.
