Liverpool face lengthy absentee list ahead of Premier League fixture
Liverpool head into their Premier League fixture on 12 September with a lengthy list of absentees, as eight players have been ruled out through injury.
The squad is missing Conor Bradley, sidelined with a knee injury, and Federico Chiesa, who is dealing with a back injury. Hugo Ekitike remains unavailable due to an achilles tendon injury, while Giovanni Leoni is out with a knee problem.
Further forward, Bradley Barcola is listed with an injury, and Cody Gakpo is unavailable due to a muscle injury. Joseph Gomez is also out with a muscle issue, while Milos Kerkez completes the list of unavailable players.
With so many options missing across defence and attack, the depth of Liverpool's squad will be tested as they look to maintain their form in the opening weeks of the season.
