Barcelona sign goalkeeper Dominik Livaković from Fenerbahçe
Barcelona have brought in goalkeeper Dominik Livaković from Fenerbahçe, with the move completed on 26 August 2026.
A well-travelled season
Livaković's 2025 campaign in competitive fixtures took in spells at both Dinamo Zagreb and Fenerbahçe. He made 14 appearances in the HNL for Dinamo Zagreb, totalling 1,260 minutes, along with two outings in the UEFA Europa League worth 210 minutes.
His switch to Fenerbahçe brought a single appearance in the Süper Lig and one more in the UEFA Champions League, each lasting 90 minutes. Across all competitions in 2025 he featured 18 times for a total of 1,650 minutes, without registering a goal, as would be expected of a goalkeeper.
New surroundings
The move gives Barcelona another goalkeeping option as the club continues through the early weeks of the season, having played around three matchdays so far. Livaković now begins the process of settling into his new environment as he looks to build on the minutes accumulated across Croatia and Turkey last year.
