Alajbegović completes move from Bayer Leverkusen to Juventus
Juventus have completed the signing of attacker Kerim-Sam Alajbegović from Bayer Leverkusen, with the transfer confirmed on 31 July 2026.
The move brings a young forward to Turin as clubs across Europe continue to shape their squads during the pre-season window.
A productive year in 2025
Alajbegović was a regular presence in competitive football through 2025, making 44 appearances and totalling 2,659 minutes across club and international youth football, with 13 goals to his name.
The bulk of his football came at Red Bull Salzburg, where he featured 28 times in the Bundesliga for 1,913 minutes and added seven Europa League outings worth 395 minutes. He also had a taste of the Champions League, appearing four times for 52 minutes.
On the international stage, he turned out for Bosnia-Herzegovina's U19 side three times in UEFA U19 Championship qualification, totalling 270 minutes, and made two brief appearances for the U21s in their own qualifying campaign.
What it means for Juventus
With the transfer now finalised, Alajbegović becomes part of Juventus's attacking options as the club prepares for the season ahead, bringing experience gained across multiple competitions despite his youth.
