Ajax welcome Vojvodina to the Johan Cruijff Arena on 30 July for the second leg of their UEFA Conference League second qualifying round tie, arriving with a significant advantage after a 4-1 win in the first meeting on 23 July.

The two sides have met before in European competition, with Ajax having beaten Vojvodina home and away during a Europa League qualifying tie in 2024, winning 1-0 in Amsterdam and 3-1 in Serbia.

Form points one way

Ajax head into the second leg on the back of four wins and a draw from their last five matches, a run that includes the first-leg victory over Vojvodina. That form stands in contrast to their opponents, who have won just once in their last five outings and arrive in Amsterdam having lost four of those five.

Across the three previous meetings between the clubs, Ajax have won every time, a record that adds further context to the gap in recent results between the two sides.

With the first leg already settled in Ajax's favour, the return fixture at the Johan Cruijff Arena gives the Dutch side the chance to confirm their passage to the next qualifying round of the competition.
